We help institutions secure and manage funding by providing: training in competitive grant writing, research budgeting and compliance strategies, proposal evaluation and mentoring for faculty teams.

Module Details

In the area of grant writing, we provide:

• Targeted successful grant writing workshops to faculty members to help researchers develop competitive grant proposals and appropriate budget and secure funding for research projects.
• Assistance in developing research agendas, identifying funding opportunities, and creating strategic plans for research growth.
• Helping researchers connect with other researchers, collaborators, and potential funders, expanding their reach and influence.
• Training on ethical and responsible conduct of research
• Training on developing and sustaining interdisciplinary/multidisciplinary/multi-institutional and international research collaborations.
• Developing shared use of facilities for research.

In the area of grant managment, we provide:

• Guide institutions build robust grant management structures and training on how to develop an effective grant management structure including data management systems, communication platforms, and access to resources.
• Support in reviewing and advising on institutional research policies, including ethics, data management, IP, open access, etc.
• Support to institutions in formulating or refining strategic research plans (5–10-year frameworks).
• Assessment services for current infrastructure and research capacity by evaluating existing research capabilities, physical and digital infrastructure (e.g., data centers, networks, labs), and identifying areas for improvement or expansion support to establish or improve research infrastructure, shared user facilities for research.
• Guidance in prioritization processes for research areas based on institutional strengths and societal needs.
• Guidance in designing and conducting external reviews and performance evaluations of research programs and centers.
• Guidance in developing monitoring and evaluation (M&E) frameworks with KPIs (publications, funding, partnerships, impact, etc.).
