About This Module

The AFRECAP Leadership Unit develops strong, future-ready leaders for higher education. We partner with universities to strengthen institutional capacity, support strategic transformation, and equip leaders to navigate today’s academic challenges. Our services include Executive Leadership Training; workshops on change management, conflict resolution, strategic planning, autonomy, and governance; leadership coaching; and post-training support.

• Executive Leadership Training: Modular programs for senior university leaders, aligned with higher education reform priorities.
• Thematic Workshops: Focused sessions on change management, strategic planning, university autonomy, institutional governance, and adaptive leadership.
• Leadership Coaching: Personalized and group coaching to enhance individual effectiveness and team leadership capacity.
